3.0 star star star star_border star_borderShe seemed dismissive and cut me off multiple times. It just didn’t seem like she wanted to hear what I had to say and had already decided without talking to me or listening to what I had to say.

2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderShe didn’t want to spend time talking to me. She didn’t seem to care about my well-being and she seemed like she was in a hurry to get out of the room. I feel like I wasted $50 to be told nothing.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderI understand the stressors of seeing multiple patients a day and being behind on appointments, but I came in as a first time patient and will not be returning. I’ve been struggling for years and felt like I wasn’t heard and was instead pushed away.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderI felt more rushed during this appointment compared to previous visits. Seemed she wasn’t really listening to what I was saying, more dismissive. Made me feel like I was wasting her time.

5.0 star star star star starShe is wonderful. I appreciate her. Professional & Talented Doctor. She helped me so much. Plus my endoscopy wasn’t bad at all. She’s the best. I surely recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic Doctor.

5.0 star star star star starI did not give Dr. Spaho give the rating she deserved in my last survey because my of my previous ER experience. That was not fair to her. Dr Spaho has restored my faith in NM. She reminded me how much good doctors are appreciated and I would highly recommend her to others

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
