She is a very through in her care. She is very knowledgeable, caring, patient, and reassuring. She is very easy to talk to and comforting. She works w/ her patients to meet their individual and best care needs. She is a huge asset to Northwestern Medicine. We are beyond blessed to have found her to be our primary care / family doctor.

Dr Durbin always takes her time to listen and discuss all of my needs and make me feel heard. She truly makes me feel like she listens and understands all my concerns and doesn’t make me me feel judged at any point regardless of how crazy my question or concern can seem.

I think Dr. Durbin is a great doctor, easy to talk to with wealth of knowledge. I don’t know if this is a Dr or office, scheduling issue but I always have to wait to be seen. At least 30 minutes or more. I am on time for my appointments and would rather not have to wait that amount of time each time I am there.

I switched from my previous Doctor, to Dr Durbin and it has been a night and day difference. Dr Durbin is extremely thorough provides the best care to address the my health concerns. All of her recommendations have led me a better, more healthy lifestyle and I cannot her enough for that.

Dr. Durbin is a wonderful doctor. She is thorough and kind. Her bedside manner is wonderful and I love how she remembers specific things from our past conversations. I work as a provider in healthcare... and honestly say I dislike these surveys- so I typically disregard them. That being said, here I am putting time into this because I want people to know Dr Durbin is wonderful, thorough, inquisitive and caring. It's a pleasure having her as my PCP. She is special.
