5.0 star star star star starDr. Henning is a terrific doc, she explains things thoroughly and she takes her time w/any questions you may have. I never feel rushed when I'm seeing her. Most recently I had an appointment w/her where I forgot to mention something, I asked if I could speak w/her again, and she was in my room w/in a couple of minutes to listen again. Shes one of my EXCEPTIONAL doctors here at NW.

5.0 star star star star starI feel like Dr Henning does a good job in breaking down the information that she provides. She gives good recommendations of what to be concerned about and what not including the rationale for her thoughts. I feel like she is a good partner in my health care

5.0 star star star star starI found Dr. Henning by chance when I was in college and needing a doctor in the city. I had never been to a doctor other than my pediatrician back home who I was very close with and continued to see until I was about 20 years old and met Dr. Henning. Fast forward 15 years, my husband sees her now as well and she totally changed his perception of "going to the doctor." Even though we don't see her often (thankfully!) and I know she sees hundreds of patients, I never walk into the office feeling like a stranger and leave feeling better than when I arrived. She never makes me feel awkward about my curiosity, but rather works with me to get the answers I'm looking for and always follows up so fast with thorough but easy to understand notes on my chart that I appreciate immensely.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
