5.0 star star star star starDr.Sanchez-Collins takes the time to listen to all my concerns and gives me the appropriate feedback so I have a better understanding of my health and why she prescribe certain tests, and goes over the outcome of those tests with me.

5.0 star star star star starI'm not a fan of clinics/hospitals and hadn't been for a physical in 10 years. I found Dr. Sanchez-Collins to be down to earth, chill, friendly, informative and non-judgmental. Great depth and knows how to connect with a patient.

5.0 star star star star starThis was a first appointment and she explained all the steps and reasons for them. She asked questions and listened to my answers. She gave me plenty of time to discuss my own questions and needs. I left feeling very good about the appointment.

5.0 star star star star starshe had a great approach to treating medical issues like a solvable problem. I felt comfortable communicating my needs and she made sure to hear all my medical concerns. She showed amazing knowledge of various medical topics and did not minimize any of my issues. I felt supported as she encouraged me to seek care for even minor concerns. For context, in past primary care experiences, I have felt that doctors would not listen or escalate my perceived issues. I appreciated how Dr. Sanchez-Collins did this.

5.0 star star star star starWhen I take to Dr Collins-Sanchez, it’s like talking to an actual human. Whereas with previous internist (Dr Heidman, Northwestern but not Osho) it was like talking to a medical book and she’d just ask me whether I wanted invasive procedures (weight loss surgery) without really talking about it. Dr Collins-Sanchez has an amazing bedside manner and I can speak candidly with her without being judged. She lets me lead the priorities and offers medical guidance to support. Switching to Osho was the best decision I made.

5.0 star star star star starMy doctor was kind, on-it, and not weird/awkward about me being a young-ish cancer survivor (you’d be surprised how many other drs/nurses can be) - it was a relief and I’m so glad to be starting with her as a PCP

5.0 star star star star starShe was understanding, kind, funny, non judgemental and created a really safe place to be honest and ask questions. The doctor usually gives me horrible anxiety but she put me at ease and made it a much better experience

5.0 star star star star starI though Dr. Kim 2 years ago was the nicest doctor I've ever met but Dr. Sanchez-Collins is even nicer. She took the time to ask me questions and even joked around at some points. If all doctors in the world had her attitude towards patients, no one would be scared of going to the doctor. It's also heartwarming to see a woman of color in the medical field. If in the future I will have some sickness, I know she'll take the time to diagnose me, instead of the usual blasé attitude I've gotten from white male doctors in the past.
