On our first visit, she took the time to go through my entire history and my full page of questions. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and articulate. (And patient, because I had to have her repeat things a couple times to make sure I was getting them correctly for my personal notes. Although she put great ones in the portal, so I hardly needed to take any!). She gave me great directions and advice and I have been UTI free. I tried everything she suggested and have been well. I cannot even tell you how incredible this is to me, after going through months and months of discomfort, outright pain, and worry.
