I was late for my appt to get my catheter out after my surgery. We were in construction traffic on I90 for 2 hours coming in from the suburbs- I was worried But rachel was so nice and kind about it. She was super friendly and kind - she explained everything in detail and answered my questions. I was stressed from having surgery and being late and I appreciate her understanding and kindness.

Rachel was so helpful,enthusiastic and knowledgeable.Great bedside manner.I moved to St John,Ind. but I still come to Northwestern Memorial for all my medical needs,and because of people like Rachel.I have never had a negative experience here.Just keep doing what you’re doing.
