5.0 star star star star starDr. Z has been my doctor for a few years now. Since I began seeing him I have started to feel like myself again. Dr. Z is very responsive to any questions/concerns very promptly and has shown on multiple occasions that he has a genuine desire to help me. It feels like I am his only patient, even though I know I am not.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ziffra asks the right questions, in addition to the pro forma ones, and offers suggestions and recommendations along with the rationale behind them. You can tell he's listening and thinking about what he hears before responding.

5.0 star star star star starDr Zifra is a very competent psychiatrist who does a very good job of listening, asking about one's full well-being apart from medications (even during a short med-check appointment). He does not push or over promote medications and will listen to questions or suggestions. Also, I feel comfortable asking him questions that would make me worry about being judged if I asked another doctor. If it were still possible for psychiatrists to see a patient for an hour every week like they used to, I would love to get his counsel regularly.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ziffra is the only doctor who listens to me and involves me in my plan of care. I have had many problems with communicating with many other physicians or nurses at NMH and receiving care that even meets mediocre levels. As an RN, I have high standards and Dr Ziffra meets these each visit.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ziffra has always been willing to answer my questions. He responds quickly to email and follows up reliably. He has always been very kind and encouraging to me - especially helpful when I was at a very difficult point and not feeling well. Even now his encouragement means a lot to me.
