Always pleasant, feel like she needs to be a bit more aware of what patient she is talking to, and their hx that she has been involved in. But on the other hand, I'm sure talking to lots of patients every day can be a lot to keep track of. So, I think she does a very good job.

Being a patient of Dr. Chan has been a great experience. Dr. Chan is through with one's care. She goes over your medical history, diagnosis, treatment plan and answers your questions or concerns. She also will make referrals if needed. She is honest, sensitive and understanding. I'm in good hands with Dr. Chan. I'm grateful for her care! I'm happy to have found her.

Dr. Chan constructively guides me to be responsible for taking care of myself in between appointments and procedures that I need to have done. That is important to me. She is always up to date on my history. She cross references where I'm at with my other doctors in Northwestern. Dr. Chan is thorough about checking the medication's I am currently on or need. By the end of our appointment, Dr. Chan has thoroughly checked off every need I might have.
