5.0 star star star star starI felt comfortable having my procedure done with Dr. Resnick. He made a point of explaining the procedure to me and asked if I had any questions. He made sure I understood how the procedure would be done.

5.0 star star star star starGood explanations and descriptions of my findings and what he proposed to do, why he chose that approach, and the possible problems, as well as alternatives. Friendly and provided good “vocal analgesia” during my procedure. Technically skilled - I had minimal discomfort and so problems.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Resnick is a skilled surgeon. He walks one through all the steps of the surgery (procedure) before hand. He was carrying on this excellent conversation with me as he continued with the procedure. In some ways, he's unflappable. I like the way he doesn't over-promise. Dr. Resnick knows the biology and he has a warm, personal style. One time I heard him speak at a conference. He said that the creator gave us two of everything (almost). If you can't use one, you can use the other. How he was in the conference and how he is in person, is one and the same.

0.0 star_border star_border star_border star_border star_borderMade an appointment, showed up to the appointment (early), but he was too busy to see my mother so we met with his PA. If I wanted an appointment with his PA, I would have made an appointment with his PA. I understand things happen, but an FYI would have been appreciated.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Resnick is a qualified surgeon, as I mentioned previously. He's personal and he took the time to explain to me some of the physiology of the lower legs and what improvements he's going to make with a certain procedure. Jung Lee, PA-C, is also a qualified doctor. Both doctors keep me abreast of my treatment. I feel that they involve me in the treatment plan.

5.0 star star star star starMy son writes his own book and based on our first meeting with Dr Resnick he is not going to rush into anything and is going to treat my son based off my son and not put him in a box with everyone else.

5.0 star star star star starFriendly, concise explanation of diagnosis, procedure, and prognosis. Dr. Scott Resnick allowed ample time for questions regarding the ultrasound administered by Jeanne, the technician. In addition, Dr. Lee Chung assisted in providing an amiable setting to establish rapport and listened actively regarding previous medical issues.

5.0 star star star star starI have worked with a lot of doctors professionally as a pastor for 30 years. Dr. Resnick has a bedside manner that a lot of doctors do not have. He makes sure that the patient understands what is going to take place and why. He is personable and demonstrates a high level of competency in his field, which builds confidence and trust from a patient perspective. I would return to him for future needs and highly recommend him to others.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Resnick was excellent! He put me at ease right away and was compassionate during the entire procedure. He answered all of my questions fully which allayed any concerns that I had about the procedure - before, during, and after. I am very happy to have chosen Northwestern Vein Center to have the procedure done and extremely grateful to have had Dr. Resnick perform the procedure. His professionalism, compassion, and overall care were outstanding. Keep up the excellent work!
