5.0 star star star star starDr. Kalelkar is good and knowledgeable of my health problem. My worries vanished when she talked to me about my health issues and what I need to do. I observed her sincerity as a doctor and her friendliness. I think she is a compassionate doctor.

5.0 star star star star starShe has wonderful bedside manner! As a new patient I felt she took extra time to talk with me. She gave me direct and helpful recommendations—and gave me information on my issue that another physician had not shared that was important! I plan to transfer my primary care to Dr Kalelkar!

5.0 star star star star starShe is a godsend. She cares, she listens, she shows compassion, and always provides time during her visits. Does not rush me out. She found time to see me when none of the three doctors from the gyne group would find the time. I am so lucky to have her on my life.

5.0 star star star star starDr. K is warm and very knowledgeable when it comes to pediatrics. When speaking to her in my child’s well visits, she is able to reassure that I am doing the right things and make recommendations that are helpful for changes to my child’s diet when having digestive problems.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
