As a new patient, I wasn't sure what to expect, but from the moment I walked through the door until I left, I was met with kindness and efficiency at every step. The woman at the reception desk greeted and verified me promptly, and within about five minutes, Miranda, the medical assistant, came out with a warm smile and took great care of me. From there, I was led to X-ray and then introduced to Dr. Tan. Dr. Tan is knowledgeable, precise, and thorough. She asked the right questions, listened carefully, performed an exam, and then did something I truly appreciated; she didn't just diagnose me, she explained exactly why I was in pain and why it was happening. It was like a lightbulb went off. I walked away with a level of understanding about my own condition that I had never had before. I want to be clear, I'm not reflecting poorly on any previous care I've received. I simply hadn't visited a doctor for this particular issue before. But Dr. Tan and her team set a high bar. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a practice that is not only professional and skilled, but genuinely caring from start to finish.
