Katelyn was beyond expectations or any care I have ever received. She went above and beyond in my opinion to make the fullest of my visit. She not only listened to me but she immediately scheduled labs and put in orders for two other tests and explained to me how we would proceed once all of those have been completed. She was both down to earth relatable and kind but also professional.
