On my first visit, I felt he really listened to me. He was able to diagnose an extremely rare condition, which I suspected I had. Other doctors just gaslighted me, and told me I couldn't possibly have this condition because "it was so rare." At other follow-up visits, he listened and asked on-point questions. I wanted a doctor who I could trust, and I definitely found that doctor in Dr. Shetty.

He listens to my concerns and addresses them thoroughly and patiently. Dr. Shetty also takes the time to assess my symptoms when my other doctor (not at Northwestern) just trusts me to tell him what I have observed. I feel valued and heard when I meet with Dr. Shetty.

Dr. Shetty is personable and knowledgeable. He was thorough, never made me feel rushed; a very good listener. He explained everything clearly and always asked if I had any questions. He has a gentle manner and demonstrated a sincere interest in me and what I had to say. In my opinion, a top-rated doctor in every respect.

Doctor shetty, is absolutely wonderfull. I never feel any time pressure, during visits. Doctor Shetty makes time to answer all questions, not always the answer I want to heard, but telling it like it is. He goes out of his way to adjust my medicine, to better my life and finding solutions to lower symptoms. He is a very good listener and make me feel seen, heard and helped. So much so I am willing to pay a lot of money to see him As I am not American. He seems very professional but first of all he seems human.

Dr Shetty took the time to review the extensive battery of tests and scans I have been through prior to my appointment. He then patiently discussed all my symptoms and answered all my questions. He conducted a very thorough physical examination and explained everything to me. He should be commended for his professionalism and attention to detail. I am extremely happy I chose him to address my issues.

Engaged, prepared; balanced technical work very well with a patient-centered approach. Made very human connections while maintaining professional purpose, poise, and the service leadership needed in a doctor-patient situation. Dedicated appropriate time to the appointment and to the individual steps within the appointment. The only negative for me is that I wonâ€™t get to work with him, as he believes I need to work with a different Neuro sub-specialty. Though I have an unknown journey ahead of me still, I left Dr. Shettyâ€™s exam room feeling positive and hopeful. All credit to Dr. Shetty.

Dr. Shetty has been very responsive to my balance issue. He gave a thorough exam and suggested a couple of follow up areas. This included an MRI that he authorized and provided feedback the day after the MRI was performed. He has exceeded my expectations.
