So far he's been wonderful. My dad had congestive heart failure for 8 years before he passed and he relied on the expert care of his heart doctor. I have only just started with my cardiology "team" headed by Dr. Ahmed, so I have much to learn. He seems expert in his field and on meeting him, I liked him very much.

Mubashir Ahmed, MD has always promptly been available to guide me, advise me and take care of me more than what I could imagine. He is cool, calm and caring to listen patiently my concerns and address them without any delay. HE TOOK EXTRA CARE OF ME WHILE I WAS ADMITTED IN HUNTLEY HOSPITAL IN LAST WEEK OF JANUARY, 2020. I CAN SAY CONFIDENTLY THAT HE IS AN ASSET TO NW MEDICINE HOSPITAL.

I made an appointment for my first visit to NW Medicine after being with one Cardiologist at a different place for a few years. The office staff is beyond nice and Dr. Ahmed was personable and informative on next steps and my concerns. I am excited to finally get a second opinion with an office that make me feel confident I will get answers with.
