He was a great listener, explained his thought process and gave us next steps. He took the time to hear our concerns, let us ask questions and even explained what I was experiencing physiologically, all of which are rare when receiving care from specialists in my home state.

He was the only clinician who spoke to us for more than 5 mins. He was very nice and tried to explain the procedure in layman's terms. We had no idea, however, until today's follow up telehealth visit that he was the one who had actually performed the procedure two weeks ago.
