He is kind and compassionate but also honest. He listens and looks at me when I am talking and addresses any concerns I have. He always shows me my CT scan and explains the results. I have been to doctors that are so focused on the computer when I am talking I wonder if they are even listening to me. He is honest and upfront with all the information. He is a busy man but I never feel rushed.
