Dr. Bernardi has been incredible throughout our IVF journey. She makes it a point to listen to us and takes everything into consideration as she maps out my (our) care plan. She is thorough in explaining each step and her staff are great at following up via MyChart. If additional questions come up or additional things are needed, such as pre-authorizations, they are incredibly efficient to make sure things are taken care of and not delayed. Going through IVF is already an incredibly arduous process but Dr. Bernardi and her team have been so good to us.

Dr Bernardi is a great doctor and has excellent bedside manner. She is approachable and not pushy. I admire her approach and personality. Infertility is a difficult matter and she is someone who makes the process easier in terms of understanding, listening and helping you make informed decisions.

We are thrilled to be working with Dr. Bernardi again! She takes her time to make sure our care is collaborative and complete. One of the only reasons we are willing to do IVF again is because we are able to work with Dr. Bernardi and her team.

She is not afraid to speak the truth while being sensitive emotional impact IVF has on us. She does not only blame the woman. She looks at how both partners can impact the outcome. First doctor in 5 years that has done this.
