Dr. Ellis is so professional and smart. I can’t imagine a doctor more skilled and knowledgeable than Dr Ellis. He listens and worked to understand what I want and need. He is also personable and kind. I ask a lot of questions and he always answers and works to ensure I understood. Very decent human being. I always feel I am in good hands.

Dr. Ellis is super calm. He is wicked smart and I feel like he will do what is best for me. I would like a little more time for visits but not his fault. All doctors are like that. NW is a busy place. Getting to know patients is so important. It put the nerves at ease. More time to answer all my questions

I had a complication after surgery that seemed never-ending. Dr. Ellis and his team (nurse Lauren) was very attentive, encouraging and empathetic to my situation. I was very fearful that I wouldn't get better however, Nurse Lauren said to me, "we will get you through this"; something I've held on to each time I became discouraged. I don't live in the area so I travel back and forth, which they work with me each office visit and make sure I am able to contact and reach them, if needed. I am finally making progress and I couldn't have asked for anything else in a Dr and Nurse.

Dr. Ellis was dismissive, especially when I was trying to explain what symptoms I was experiencing. For example, on the date of my appointment I was explaining how my keloid was becoming abscessed and the area was swollen. However, Dr. Ellis began telling me I was experiencing stress along the neck area, and I clearly was not. As he continued to talk I was attempting to share with him, that wasn't the issue, and he eventually stopped talking and prescribed an antibiotic. Had he checked my chart he would have noticed I was recently prescribed another antibiotic for a sinus infection and had completed that regimen two days prior to this appointment. Overall, Dr. Ellis is extremely knowledgeable about his area of expertise.
