Dr. Cho- Steinberg goes out of her way to acknowledge my concerns and I actually finally feel like o have a PCP that listens. I was glad and relieved when I was transferred to her when my previous PCP left the practice. I know I’m in good hands with her when it comes to my health. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I feel they care about patients and go out of their way to assist. The front staff representative even gave me a water when I said I was really thirsty.

She is always on time and prepared for my visit. I can trust her information. She provides reliable treatment plans to my health concern. She takes action when required. I was extremely nervous to come to this appointment since it has been several years since I’ve been to the doctor. Dr.Cho-Steinberg was extremely compassionate, a great listener, made me feel at ease and made me want to start taking my health serious. I’m so glad I picked her as a doctor.

See my answer above. Also, as a woman I feeel like she’s more attuned to the needs and symptoms of a middle aged woman. The need for a doctor who is more like me was made clear many years ago when my male internist sent me for X-rays after a car accident while I was pregnant. A female doctor never would have done that. Dr: Cho-Steinberg is willing to work with me over the app… listens to what I say, and responds with sensible answers and requests. I absolutely feel confident in her.
