Rebecca L. Williams, PhD provides Excellent Care. If it were available, I would give her a score of one trillion. She treats her patients as humans, by explaining the Fine Needle Biopsy procedure thoroughly. I came with a list of questions but Dr. Williams explained/answered all my questions/concerns and provided additional information upfront. There was No Need for me ask anymore questions. During the procedure she explained when I would likely feel discomforts. After the procedure, I did not experience any soreness at the surgery site. I could not even see where the needle pierced my skin. Dr. Williams is more than Excellent or Superior with performing her surgeries. If I should need future thyroid surgery, I will request Dr. Williams and I recommend her to everyone!
