He's very efficient , takes his time and he dumbs down to explain whatever it is so I can understand. I just switched PCs and I was lucky to get him and he's 100% better than my last PC.

He was great and very easy to talk to and very thorough. I left feeling like he wanted to address any and all concerns I had and cared about my well being. Often times I do not get the same feeling from doctors. They're in and out in a couple minutes. Dr. Ruzich gave me as much time as I needed
