See above answer & also she advised a plan & asked for my thoughts/input on going forward with tests & treatment to get answers & solutions to my current healthcare issues! It’s such a refreshing difference to get a professional give their professional thoughts on a health issue, and also ask the Patient what they want & think, instead of just barking out orders & leave! I have been so Blessed that the care I have received with Northwestern Physicians & in the last several months with my Primary MD’s office & today’s visit with Natalie, was personal, caring & in my opinion what “Healthcare” was meant to be!!!

Very personable with a warm greeting when she came in the door to introduce herself. Put me at ease instantly. Natalie was very complete and she would ask many follow-up questions so there was an understanding of what the next step would be with my care. Very impressive! The lab worker who took my blood test to make certain that we were not dealing with celiac disease was efficient and friendly and professional.
