Dr. O'Keefe wasvery patient with me and made sure I understood my daughter's diagnosis and making sure that I understood what next steps would be. She was very thorough and very intelligent and you can tell that she genuinely cares but also considers what the patient wants or what the patient desires are in terms of their health, which is a big difference from the first provider that we started out with so we will stick with Dr. O'Keefe for the long run.

Dr. O'Keefe is amazing! She is a brilliant physician with an impeccable bedside manner. She was able to answer all of my questions, developed a cohesive plan, was very clear with her rationale, and the children loved her. 10 out of 10! Thank you Doctor!

She's absolutely wonderful, she's smart. She listens and she's taking wonderful care of our daughter who is 3 1/2 and our new arrival will will be two weeks tomorrow. Loyola is certainly not the same without her, but Northwestern is truly lucky to have gained her.
