5.0 star star star star starDr. Keung is very patient and kind. She takes the time to explain what she wants to do. What to expect. She draws pictures to illustrate what she is talking about and to explain the plan. The pictures are very helpful in my understanding! I had no pain after the procedure. Just a little discomfort. She really does take into consideration the patient and makes sure to do the procedure in a way that causes the least pain. She is wonderful!!!!!

5.0 star star star star starVery easy to talk with. Reviewed my medical history and asked about my current health status. Gave me a physical checkup of my area of concern . Then explained the possible reasons for my condition. Ordered to run a CT scan to determine the details of my condition. Explained to return for a follow up visit to provide details of the diagnosis and treatment required.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Keung took a great deal of time to explain what is causing my problem and the type of surgery needed. She patiently showed me the CT Scan and answered all my questions . She was warm and friendly throughout my visit and inspired confidence unlike so many doctors I've seen lately who were, at best, just lacking interest.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Keung is extremely knowledgeable. She is very patient, respectful, and kind. She explains everything about what she found, what the plan going forward is, and the reasons behind why she wants to do the procedure. She draws pictures to illustrate what she is talking about to help explain things. The pictures are very helpful in understanding what she did and what is going on. I am very glad she is the doctor I went to see. She is a tremendous asset to Northwestern Hospital!!

5.0 star star star star starAs stated above “Everything about my visit was excellent. The front desk receptionists were pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Dr Keung’s nurse was friendly and thorough. Dr Keung was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and spent the appropriate amount of time talking with me about my medical situation. I really appreciated that she was thorough and I didn’t feel like my time with her was rushed.†Lastly, I appreciate that Dr Keung has ordered more tests to ensure that we’ve captured my entire my medical situation.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
