5.0 star star star star starDr. Connie Keung is a very kind, caring, compassionate, smart surgeon who shows how she delves into the causative effect of your condition and finding ways how to effectively manage it. She is the only person who has done research into my chronic condition and has worked so far. I’m so blessed to have her as my attending surgeon.

5.0 star star star star starShe was recommended by an associate Dr. [last name] and with her full schedule she was able to take me without me waiting a couple of months. Since day one she listen to me and showed concerns and then she had ask several questions and put me at ease! From there she kept trying different things to find out what surgery would be best for my situation and including me on my thoughts which I l ft up to her because I was satisfied with where she wanted to start!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Keung is a very kind, compassionate surgeon and takes her time to listen to my concerns and worries. She took her precious time comparing Ct scan results and included me in her plan of care with continued follow-up at her office. An amazing person!!!

5.0 star star star star starFrom my very first visit after seeing another Dr., I could not be happy she listen to me and all my current issues, she asked what the symptoms were and she just listened to every word never made me feel rushed then she would give her suggestions after checking me and again was a long appointment because she showed she cared! Highly recommend!

5.0 star star star star starSeriously, having had a failed procedure by someone else earlier this year. I learned more about my medical needs and the procedure I had earlier. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and clearly a skilled surgeon. I meant to tell her that falling asleep in the OR with her at my head was so comforting and powerful.

5.0 star star star star starDr Keung takes time with you and explains in terms that are meaningful to you as a patient. She makes you comfortable and relaxed. She listens to your concerns and addresses them to your satisfaction.. Her manner is caring and concerning about you as a patient.I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is well prepared about your medical history and addresses it,asks you questions to clarify. She is the first doctor that I have seen with NW that has thoroughly read my medical history.

5.0 star star star star starConnie Keung is an expert at what she does. She explains the problem, what the plan is, and what will be happening. I was not in any pain after the surgery. That is a credit to her because she is careful and keeps the patient in the forefront. She is kind, patient, answers any questions you may have, and includes you in the process. After the surgery, she also explains what was done, answers questions, and lets you know what the next step is. She really cares about you and wants to do the very best for you!!! I can't say enough about how happy I am with her, her bedside manner, and how much she cares!!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Keung was thorough, gentle, and very informative. I not only was educated on how to help reduce the chances of my condition occurring again, I was reassured that if it did she would help me with it.
