he is so professional and polite. And he's nice. And he looks you in the eye and he treats you like a person not just a patient. There is a difference. He listens. He asks a lot of good questions and he comes in, remembering what we talked about the last time, especially to be sure we're ready for a surgical treatment. I think he's thorough and he was a breath of fresh air. Although I've had this experience with most of my Northwestern medical and faculty doctors over the last 40 years, I have had a few lately which I can't even give one star too. I would say he's a 5+

I'd rate Dr. Brajcich a 10/10 because not only is he precise, skilled, and calm under pressure, but he also has that rare quality every patient secretly hopes for in a surgeon. The ability to make you feel completely safe when you're the one on the table.

Can't say enough about Dr Brajcich. The first time I met him he shook my hand and introduced himself. Very important!! Very friendly and easy to talk to. I've had two surgeries and he has called me each time to see how I'm doing and to give me my test results. Another important aspect of a great doctor!! He is absolutely THE BEST!!
