He listened to what I had to say, my concerns about my knee. He offered some things that I might do/take and I said no, which he was okay with and then we came to an agreement of what the best possible pain remedy for my knee would be at this time.

Everyone from admitting to discharge was caring and compassionate. Dr. Gryzlo and his staff took their time when meeting with me before the surgery in pre-op. Even though he saw me after the surgery (I don't remember) he came back a second time to debrief. The Anesthesiologist had the calmest and most thoughtful manner. The nurses were spectacular. Please give them my commendation.

Dr. Gryzlo and his team hit all the marks for care, communication and knowledge and expertise. The only reason I did not rate a 10 was for the lack of information regarding the sling I had to wear post-op. There were no instructions provided and I had to look them up on you.tube, which were woefully insufficient. My suggestion is to show the patients how to assemble and use the sling before the day of surgery.
