5.0 star star star star starVery easy to talk to. Listened to our questions without judging, even though the student with him seemed to not like one of our questions by making a displeased face when we asked. The doctor answered every question we had, explained everything to our satisfaction, and spent a good amount of time with us never making us feel like he was in a hurry. He seemed very willing to work with us on suggestions we had. We are very pleased with Dr. Chae.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Chae is such an amazing doctor and a wonderful person! He was on time and I felt he fully understood my situation. I prepared 15 questions ahead of my appointment, after his detailed briefing, he had answered 10 plus my questions already. So I knew he really understood what patients needed. I trust his judgment/ plans and I believe I can get the best care from him and his team.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Chae is terrific! Cancer is something you need the best monitoring and even though now I only need to see Dr. Chae once a year, he remembers me each year and carefully monitors me. He has been my doctor now for several years and is patient and honest with me always answering my questions and concerns.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
