Dr Velez is an amazing doctor! She is thorough in all she does and always makes me feel comfortable. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. I would highly recommended her and have done so.

I was beyond impressed with all the information she gave me. She took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the decision I was making. I would highly recommend her to anyone! I felt like she gave me more information on what was going on with me than the actual specialist! She was very kind and I appreciated the way she talked to me.

I knew I had chosen the correct surgeon from the moment I met Dr. Velez. Her bedside manner and knowledge of the situation put me at ease from that meeting, through prep for the OR and post-op. Any surgical procedure is stressful, and I felt none going into the OR with her and the nurses.
