5.0 star star star star starDr. Bayer is the only provider (out of many) that has charted 100% accurately in my care. He advocates for his clients to high regard. He does not gaslight or minimize, taking patient concerns at face value. He provides a deep, analytical approach at identifying potential untreated concerns and solutions. He consults regularly, recognizing potential clinical biases or any areas outside ONC scope, and rules out unidentified issues with supporting data to justify the case. This being said, his clinical impressions and treatment planning work is far above the average physician nowadays. He also shows up as just another human- great bed side manner, uses humor, and explains simply. I will be very sad to see him go upon future retirement!
