Dr. Mandelin listened to my concerns as well as reviewing past medical tests, images, etc. I appreciated, as a new patient, that he explained what could be done, would be done, and when it should be done. Most importantly, I believe my goals were taken into consideration for follow-up appointments.

I do think Dr. Mandeline listens to the patient - the first time I saw him (1/2022) he ordered many blood tests. My B-12 was very low - I never received a note through the portal or a phone call telling me what to do about the low B-12. I even sent a note through the portal asking what I should do. I do not believe I received a reply from Dr. Mandeline's office. A doctor is only as good as his office staff is.

I like that Dr. Mandelin is very sensitive about my health issues. He doesn’t hesitate to explain the good and bad possibility concerning what ever problems that I am experiencing during the visit. Dr. Mandelin doesn’t rush through my visits and he always ask if we have discussed everything. I really appreciate the concerning, sincere and helpfulness that is always shown.

Like I said Dr. Arthur Mandelin is a wonderful rheumatologist. He listens to you he pays attention to you and he helps you. Today all doctors do not listen to you pay attention to you or help you. But he does he is the exception.
