4.0 star star star star star_borderHe answers all of my questions. My condition is a bit frustrating and no one has a crystal ball about the future, but Dr. Mandelin took the time to explain the 'knowns' and 'unknowns'. He gives the impression of caring about my health.

5.0 star star star star starDr Mandelin is awesome! I think he understands me better than I understand myself, at least in terms of my RA. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. He’s also very professional, friendly, funny, intelligent and caring. These are traits, I’m told are hard to come by in Rheumatologists.

5.0 star star star star starI’ve been a patient of Dr. Mandelin for years . We have built a very good dr/patient relationship. Over the years being his patient, I’ve seen how he cares about his patients, in my own experience , he always goes an extra mile to find what’s best for me especially for my medication. He’s very supportive & most importantly he’s respectable.

5.0 star star star star starHe is an amazing doctor, takes the time to listen to me. Asks me necessary questions that help with my journey to remission, as well as ask my opinion like if there is anything, he missed to tell him how I feel or if I think the medication are working for me. He doesn’t rush through my appt like other doctors do. He is very caring and has my health issues has the best interest in the long term and goals to reach.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
