She goes out of her way to make sure I don't miss an appointment when she has rounds or is off. Most doctors just push my appointment out further which can be problematic.

Colleen was very patient and caring and very thorough looking over the results and making suggestions for the future. I did not feel rushed, and I felt like she really cared about my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and has a great way with patience during a scary time.
