5.0 star star star star starShe listened to everything I had to say and adjusted my medication plan to help me be less sick. She looked at my records before hand and had a good idea on what was happening so I didn't have to go over everything again.

5.0 star star star star starI like her!! I think I may have finally found a new Gastro Doc! She actually listened to me, was super easy to talk to and I felt like she put thought into what to do next. She was warm & very nice and I didn't feel as though I was being dismissed. Or being talked down to.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderI had an episode with blood in my stool right after my visit. Why? I don't know. What steps should I take to avoid having that happen again? I was not given any directions. What should I be on the look out for in terms of signs certain signs to try and stop the inflammation before I start bleeding? Again, I have not been given any directions. I needed to call twice before I finally got any information which was keep bleeding and call if it persists for a week. Why did it start? Will it happen again. What should I be doing?

5.0 star star star star starDr. Shamsi listened carefully, asked questions, and made suggestions of various options. She seemed unrushed (!), and I appreciated that she is a good explainer. She also left the door open should I want to call or send a message on MyChart.
