5.0 star star star star starYou seems to be thorough, intelligent, knowledgeable and I like his bedside manner. I am turned off by overly aggressive Physicians and those who don't offer reasonable Solutions to your current issues.

5.0 star star star star starI almost cancelled my appointment thinking I didn't need to be seen. I was so relieved that I kept my appointment with Dr. Ostergaard. He diagnosed my condition with just a few questions, even predicted where it hurts (I was wondering how he read my mind) which only shows his expertise, and provided treatment and relief right away

5.0 star star star star starplease revise this questionnaire. there is no need to respond to Q 1 if your comments in Q 2 are positive and complimentary. My request for an appointment was made diring my first phone call to this office, and for a date within two weeks of my call. Dr. Ostergaard was prompt, personable, and sat at a narrow table opposite me: (not across the room on a computer) which is so frequently the situation with other practitioners of many disciplines. Dr. Ostergaard had knowledge about the condition affecting my hands, explained the cause, and drew a diagram of the hand, including the mechanics that caused my swollen fingers to snap while attempting to pass the tendon through the space naturally allotted for that purpose. The Doctor also offered options for treatment, answered my questions, and involved me in the decision.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
