5.0 star star star star starDr. Swong is very honest with his information. I respect that if he doesn’t know the answer to something that he says he doesn’t know. And also how he speaks to me in non-doctor language. Something that I can understand.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderI was not impressed with Dr. Swong. He said he would not recommend surgery and offered no explanation. I felt like everything I learned from him had to be pulled from him by posing questions to him. Patients should not have to know what technical questions to ask to learn why a doctor believes in his recommendation as the path forward. His answers were one word or short responses. He acted like he had some place to be and overall, indifferent. If I ever do need surgery, I wouldn't choose him.

5.0 star star star star starI can't say enough good things about Dr. Swong. He communicated everything to me very well and answered questions I had about the surgery before I even had the chance to ask them. When i did get lost on his answer, he seemed to quickly figure out where I was being tripped up and rephrase the answer.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderDr. Swong knowledge and confidence is very reassuring . He takes time to listen, answers questions and explain but with an undertone of being rushed. Would be helpful to have more emphatic and caring attitude toward patient.

4.0 star star star star star_borderDr. Swong is thorough and competent. He is not particularly good at communicating. Speaks quickly, always seems like he's too busy, and doesn't ask many questions. Fortunately, he has staff who handles this for him.

5.0 star star star star starHis knowledge as a physician has been very valuable in my care. He helped line up a care team for me to do my follow-ups with. This is something Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN should have done for me years ago.

I have been waiting for almost a year to get help with a work injury and was excited to finally get to the Dr that could possibly help me with my condition. I felt like he was in a hurry to get out of the room for the entire 5 ( maybe 8)minute visit. The whole time I was going over the timeline of what had happened to me, he was looking at his watch. Then he talks so fast I had a hard time understanding him.
