PA Dan Jonas excels in every aspect of his role as a healthcare professional on my orthopedic care team. I couldn't ask for anyone better. He is thorough, always takes the time to address my concerns, and communicates with both compassion and clarity. One simple skill that sets him apart from other providers is his effective use of MyChart messages. I have yet to encounter another Northwestern provider who takes the time to write thoughtful, accurate, relevant, and grammatically correct messages. Unfortunately, most providers do not utilize this straightforward tool effectively; most of the messages I receive from Northwestern are... lacking in quality (to say the least). I am fortunate to be under his care, and I bet other patients share my sentiments. If I could, I would award him a merit bonus and a significant raise!

He's a great MD / PA. Seen him through my whole surgery. Was there with me in surgery and still in good care. I feel confident that I will recover under his care Evan after surgery now in post op. Explains everything to me step by step.

I called NWM and explained my pain, they worked me in the same week. I flew back to Chicago for my appointment. The doctor said he would try to work me in for a steroid injection before I left on Monday. Before I left his office, they called me to schedule my appointment. They worked me in on the same day for my steroid injection. I love NWM! They care about their patients and go above and beyond to assist. Thank you.
