5.0 star star star star starDr Brisson has been my primary care doctor for 25 years. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. I have referred a number of others to him and they have all stayed with him. He is caring and talented.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Brison is patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. Took his to explain things to me. Didn’t feel rushed at all. He genuinely is concerned about my health and well being. Not only helping me plan for good health in my fifties but already laying the foundation for my sixties and seventies. After the visit he took the time to ask me if there is anything else that I wanted to ask him. I left the hospital content.

5.0 star star star star starHe has offered excellent medical perspectives as well as extended personal kindness in the form of simply acknowledging that certain difficult issues that are on my plate are difficult and by offering a perspective that is centered on finding a path that supports my best life. His professional, yet personal, approach has far surpassed experiences I've had with other Northwestern Medicine physicians.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
