5.0 star star star star starExtremely caring, down to earth and honest. As a patient I genuinely feel cared for and looked after by Dr Ross. I know I am getting better and if anything changes with my health or pain I can reach out and my concerns are always handled promptly. I am believed and my pain is never dismissed. I feel like I am finally getting better and I am very grateful for Dr Ross for helping me get to this point. Finally getting my life back.

5.0 star star star star starI hope the injection works, but fell good about the approach Dr. Ross took the time to explain about future steps, if necessary. Dr. Ross and staff made a pleasurable and caring experience out of something I would prefer not to have to do!

5.0 star star star star starI could feel his compassion for my situation. He had a strong desire to help and was one of the only people to say he would help me to a resolution. I’ve been thru a lot and he sees it and believes me

5.0 star star star star starI felt comfortable with him the doctor I understand that he had a urgent patient and that I had to wait but to no fault of his own his staff should advise patients waiting that he has a difficult situation and that he would be with us as soon as possible.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ross explain my diagnosis several different ways, making sure that I understood my medical issue. Then he clearly explain the pain relieve strategy he would use, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood he was available if I had additional questions. It was all very comforting.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
