5.0 star star star star starDr. Pipitone has performed two MOHS facial surgeries on me. One surgery last year and the other very recently. I have relied on her and I have received excellent results. I have experienced her doctoral skills up close May God bless her for her expert skills and professional patient care.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Pipitone performed surgery on basil cell carcinoma on my ear. She successfully removed the cancer. Throughout the surgery, her communications were excellent. She took great care to confirm that I was not in any pain through 3 rounds of Mohs surgery. Her follow-up after the surgery has been exceptional. She responded immediately to my page to resolve post-operative issues. She promptly prescribed antibiotics to contain infection that was beginning to appear. Overall, I'm very impressed with her professionalism.

5.0 star star star star starShe was very thorough, trying her hardest not to take out to much tissue and skin but my cancer was all over. The team talked to me the whole time explaining what was going on and also small talk to keep my mind off what was going on.

5.0 star star star star starIt was clear to me that Dr. Pipitone knows her stuff (as does Jess who was working with her that day), and I am "cautiously optimistic" that my follow-up appointment will consist of closing up my (gaping) wound and that it will not need additional tissue removal.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Pepitone was more than patient with my concerns and questions. She answered all my questions, provided excellent guidance, and reviewed all my treatment options empowering me to choose what I felt comfortable with. Very professional and competent surgeon. I am more than pleased with the care I have received from NWM dermatology and Dr. Pepitone and her team. Thank you so much!

5.0 star star star star starI would highly recommend Dr. Pipitone. On the procedure she was very clear. I raised an issue about some spots on legs and hands that may be a future concern. Before I left the office, appointments were scheduled. Would highly recommended this team

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
