The salaries for residents in academic year 2025 to 2026 are:

• PGY2 resident: $71,686
• PGY3 resident: $74,781
• PGY4 resident: $77,898

We provide:

• Medical insurance for residents and their dependents in a manner consistent with the hospital’s provision of the same benefit to its other employees and the insurance plan
• 401(k) matching, up to the first 6% of eligible pay contributed per pay period
• Core PGY2 PM&R books at onboarding
• An educational stipend for PGY3 and 4 residents to use toward supplemental PMR educational resources
• Conference attendance and support for first author residents presenting at up to two PM&R conferences per academic year
• No-cost parking on campus and at rotation sites
• An annual well-being fund of $250 each calendar year for eligible wellness expenses, such as athletic shoes, exercise equipment, gym memberships and fitness classes
