COVID-19 Vaccination Information
The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is now available at this Northwestern Medicine primary care site. Vaccinations are offered to those 12 and older.
Vaccination at this location requires an appointment and you must be a current Northwestern Medicine patient. You do not need to be a patient of the clinic where the vaccine is offered, and a physician’s order is not required to schedule an appointment. Please call to schedule.
Overview
Choosing a primary care physician is important for your family’s health and wellness, and for your own. Northwestern Medicine Family Medicine physicians provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages—including preventive medicine and treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, as well as management of chronic disease.
Working with Northwestern University, the Northwestern McGaw Family Medicine Residency Program at Northwestern Medicine Grayslake Outpatient Center allows resident physicians to partner with fully licensed, board-certified Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine faculty, providing comprehensive care for the whole family—from newborns to seniors.

You'll find free parking in front of the building and next to the Pavilion C entrance. Valet parking is also available.
