Overview
When you choose Northwestern Medicine for rehabilitation, you have access to more than 50 locations throughout Chicago and the surrounding area.
You’ll have access to:
- Licensed therapists
- A treatment plan designed for your needs
- Therapy designed to help you regain function, so you can be more independent in your everyday activities
We also offer telehealth visits, in-home physical therapy (depending on where you live) and online scheduling .
Parking and Transportation

You can park in the parking garage above our location at 1 West Superior Street. The cost is $8 for up to 2 hours when you get your parking ticket validated.
Important: You must park on floor 3 or above. Enter the garage from Superior Street or State Street.
When you enter the garage, you'll get a ticket. To get the validated rate, please bring the ticket to our Front Desk and ask for parking validation.
After you park, take the elevators down to the ground level and exit toward State Street. The entrance to our location is at 710 North State Street.
This is the only parking garage in the area that can be used to get a discounted rate when validated.
