Through the Northwestern Medicine Concierge Medicine program, patients pay an annual membership fee. In return, they get comprehensive care from one of our dedicated physicians. This approach gives our physicians more time with each patient. This helps them understand patients' lifestyles and health histories better. As a result, the physicians can be a full guide in health and wellness. Concierge medicine is for patients of all ages, individuals and families.

We offer concierge primary care and concierge cardiology care. While you may enroll in both Concierge Primary Care and Concierge Cardiology programs, there are separate fees for each program.

We offer concierge primary care in Illinois — downtown Chicago, Geneva, Lake Forest and Wheaton — as well as in Naples, Florida. We offer concierge cardiology services in Lake Forest.

Our concierge physicians provide these services along with personal consultations for your overall health and wellness.

Longer visits

Our physicians have fewer patients, so they’re able to spend more time with you. Your visits will last 45 to 120 minutes. This is much longer than the 10 to 15 minutes most doctors spend with their patients.

Little or no waiting

Your scheduled appointments will occur on time with little or no waiting after you arrive.

Same-day and next-day appointments

You will be able to see our physicians on a same-day or next-office-day basis when needed.

Lifestyle and wellness assessment

Your physician will perform this to identify opportunities and make recommendations for optimizing your health and well-being based on your medical history and personal goals.

Direct access to your physician and care team

Your physician will provide you with a direct phone number and email. This way, you can easily contact them and your care team anytime, even outside regular office hours.

Care coordination and logistical support

Our physicians and their dedicated staff will coordinate all of your care, including proactively communicating with specialists. We can also support you with scheduling visits for specialists and diagnostic testing upon request. This is why concierge medicine is beneficial for people with chronic conditions.

Personalized care and customized treatment

If you have questions about your care or need specific information about a health issue, our physicians can help. They will do the research and give you personalized feedback.
