Specialists and Care Centers
Concussion Specialists and Care Centers
The Northwestern Medicine neurosciences programs provide treatment for a full range of neurological disorders, including headaches and concussions.
The clinical mission is to provide the highest quality care and treatment for patients with neurological disorders, while advancing new therapies and uncovering the causes and cures of neurological diseases.
Our physicians have areas of subspecialty interest in neurology and many of them are national leaders in their field.
Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital Concussion Clinic
The Concussion Clinic at Marianjoy provides coordinated care for children and adults who have experienced a concussion.
Our care team is led by fellowship-trained physicians who specialize in brain injury medicine. Using their extensive experience, they treat a wide range of concussion-related symptoms — from common concerns to more complex cases — for patients who are newly diagnosed or who continue to experience symptoms weeks, months or even years after diagnosis. The multidisciplinary team includes therapists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, case managers, dietitians and neuro-optometrists.
