5.0 star star star star starDr. Chow always has a plan and guidance for care. My son is heading off to college. Dr. Chow Reiterate to my son the importance of staying healthy now that he will be away from home. He is a young adult and needs to maintain his health now. Hearing those words from her was great because I know Aaron will follow thru coming from Dr. Chow.

5.0 star star star star starWhile I was asked to give feedback about Northwestern and its pediatric care, I feel compelled to say that this is not truly about the system itself it's about one exceptional physician who has made all the difference for my daughter. Dr. Hannah Chow has been caring for my daughter for many years, and because of my daughter's complex special-needs medical profile, I value consistency and trust in her providers above all else. Dr. Chow embodies both. She has always been attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in understanding what my daughter needs even when those needs don't fit neatly into standard medical expectations. What makes Dr. Chow remarkable isn't just her skill as a physician, but her humility and willingness to learn. Even in areas where she may not have immediate answers, she listens, studies, and collaborates until she finds the right approach. She treats my daughter as a person, not a diagnosis, and that level of compassion and dedication is incredibly rare. In that sense, Northwestern is fortunate to have someone like Dr. Hannah Chow on their team. She is, in every way, a diamond a doctor whose care, empathy, commitment, and grace shine brightly. I have always admired her, relied on her guidance, and felt deeply grateful that she is part of my daughter's medical journey. If more physicians aspired to the level of compassion, insight, and humanity that Dr. Chow brings into her work every day, the world of pediatric care especially for children with special needs would be transformed. This is not just a review. It is my heartfelt acknowledgment of the impact she has had on my daughter's life and on mine.

5.0 star star star star starWe had our first visit with Dr. Chow today, and I couldn't be more pleased. She took the time to really listen to both me and my daughter, showing genuine curiosity to understand what was driving her symptoms. Dr. Chow recommended several tests and prescribed a mild medicine to help ease the discomfort, which gave us a lot of reassurance. From start to finish, the experience was excellent_the nurses and front desk staff were warm, attentive, and professional. Overall, we felt very well cared for and are grateful for the compassionate service we received. Highly recommend Dr. Chow and her team!
