Dr. Yang is an incredible doctor and surgeon. I just had my second endometriosis laparoscopy surgery, (first time with Dr. Yang) and my healing process has never been so swift. She is kind, welcoming, and overall has wonderful bedside manner.

She has a warm personality. She was the only doctor that took the time to explain what she can do for me in my situation. I was given the run around and scared thinking I could have cancer from Loyola. I met with Dr.Yang one time and knew I wanted her to do my surgery. She was the only one to not have my only option be a hysterectomy. The surgery went better than expected and I am so grateful for a caring doctor!

Endometriosis has been a nightmare for me for years. Dr. Yang took the time to listen to my history and concerns, thoroughly explaining options for imaging and treatment. I was previously unaware of the amount of options I have, and how I can improve my quality of life as well. Dr. Yang is knowledgeable, personable and has left me feeling hopeful.

Doctor Yang is so easy to talk to and she is very friendly, kind and fully explain everything and takes time to answer my questions and concerns. There are lots of complications with my up-coming surgery but after talking with her - she puts me at ease and took away some of my concerns. She is great!

I HAVE ONLY SEEN DR. Y A COUPLE OF TIMES, BUT FEEL AS IF SHE IS A GOOD FIT FOR ME AND MY CARE. I'VE NEVER BEEN KEPT WAITING FOR HER TO SEE ME, BUT NEVER FEEL RUSHED WHEN I ASK QUESTIONS OR RAISE CONCERNS. HOW SHE STAYS ON SCHEDULE IS A LITTLE MIRACLE.

She listened to what I was going through and asked good questions. I have a family history of complex gynecological problems and the possibility of my problems being connected to my family history was NOT dismissed as “unlikely” and left un-investigated. Instead she suggested pelvic floor therapy and tests to investigate possible causes. I really wish every woman had access to a Dr. Yang.

I was admitted through the emergency room and during my week long stay I had visits from many doctors. Dr Yang hands down was the doctor that stood out far above all. From my initial interaction with her I felt very comfortable with Dr Yang and like she actually cared about recommending the best treatment plan for my overall wellbeing versus just pushing possibly unnecessary procedures. After being released from the hospital I specifically sought out Dr Yang to assist with my ongoing Gynecological needs and I’m so glad I did. Would highly recommend her!!!

When I arrived for my appointment, I was called back immediately. After the nurse came and took my vitals, the wait for Dr. Yang was not king at all. Dr. Yang was so thorough with the important details of the surgery that I was inquiring about as far as my health was concerned. She made me feel so comfortable to open up and explain my concerns that I had about the surgery that I want to go through with it. I’m happy with the surgeon that will be performing my surgery when the time comes.

From the moment I met Dr Yang, I felt heard. I also was immediately impressed to find that in advance of our first appointment, where I was seeking a second opinion, she took the initiative to research my file in MyChart to be knowledgeable about my circumstances.
