My PA, Rebecca Meyers, is a Combination of intelligent, well-spoken, confident, but super-human. As close to perfect as Iâ€™ve met. You canâ€™t train that kind of exceeding standards. You can educate them, give them the tools they need & then do whatever you have to keep them on your staff as a leader and example.
