Dr. Memmel was so patient and detailed with her explanations during my consultation. I appreciate everything she did to clarify what I needed to know. She answered all my questions clearly and with compassion, especially since she knew this was the first time I will be experiencing breast cancer surgery. She helped me to feel safe and confident for the upcoming procedure.

I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the other genetic testing I brought up. She never made me feel rushed, and answered all of my questions and showed me my mammogram and ultrasound results and explained them to me.

She was so professional, kind and patient. She explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. And she followed up and did what she was said — sent a prescription and had me schedule a mammogram through the app. Very impressed and it was well worth me driving out from the city.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Memmel for around 15 years and followed her from Lutheran General to Northwestern. She has a calming presence and is kind, knowledgeable, & empathetic. She is also very generous with her time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
