Dr Nelson has many options in my treatment for cancer, however I believe she gives much consideration before taking a course of action. She really wants to know how the patient is handling the current treatment and makes changes accordingly. She really cares.

I am grateful that Dr. Nelson accepted me for follow up. Dr. Neal Christiansen highly recommended her after my previous oncologist left Chicago. I appreciate that Dr. Nelson did an axillary exam of my swollen and neurologically reactivate left arm to reassure me that she could feel no enlarged lymph node. She said that 6 years post treatment, it is highly unlikely that my cancer will recur. I thank her for her patience and referral to a social worker, who has already contacted me.
