1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderDr. Sun was condescending and dismissive of my concerns. Told me how the ANA test means nothing and that her other patients have a much higher lab results with that test. She made me feel stupid for following through on my PCPs request for me to get assessed by a Rheumatologist.

5.0 star star star star starThe coordination of care at Northwestern and the patience and time Dr. Sun affords me at each visit to respond to my symptoms and questions, puts me at ease. She is competent and comprehensive in the care of her patients.

5.0 star star star star starDr Sun gave me as much time as I needed to discuss all aspects of my new osteoporosis diagnosis. She was extremely pleasant, thorough, and patient with a review of my history, test results, and explanation of options and recommendations. I felt my concerns were heard, and we came to an agreement on a plan going forward. As a result, I have the utmost confidence that I am in great hands with Dr Sun. I highly recommend her!

5.0 star star star star starI already have recommended Dr. Sun. She took her time. She listened, examed, and explained. She showed concern and was very kind and patient. She ran tests to determine her hypotheses. Then she followed up with the lab results. She called me with her plan of action with the first tests that came in, prescribing medication. Then when the labs all came in we had another phone conference so she could answer my questions and quell our concerns.

5.0 star star star star starI was impressed with Dr. Sun. She seemed quite knowledgable. She listened and looked at my records. She even found one from [date]. She gave me quite an exam. She ordered additional labs to to follow up with previous labs. She explained possible outcomes in a positive way.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
